The Brief
To design and develop a cloud based IT system to manage KMK customers, outlets, contracts, orders, collections, deliveries and products received and leaving the site.

The system had to:

  • Be structurally fit to capture and report on all site activity to achieve compliance with KMK licensing and reporting requirements.
  • Be future-proofed and capable of change. A control structure had to be implemented via a chain of shared contributions by many users to a transaction.
  • Increase efficiencies in the capturing of orders, load planning and recording material receipts and departures giving account’s personnel an accurate audit trail for every individual transaction.

The Solution
An IT system enabling KMK to improve operational efficiency and increase efficiencies in the capturing of orders, load planning and recording material.

Access to real-time information data on orders and scheduling activity, receipts and departure details giving account’s personnel an accurate audit trail for every individual transaction.
